Getting started

Install composer-velocita and point it to https://php-proxy.infra.c-and-u.co:

      composer global config allow-plugins.gmta/composer-velocita true
      composer global require gmta/composer-velocita
      composer velocita:enable https://php-proxy.infra.c-and-u.co
